Filming your own comments is really easy!
Simply visit Penny the Penguin at the Anglican Cathedral and follow her step by step instructions.
You can do this at any time of the day, from Sunday 22 November 2009 - Sunday 10 January 2010.
Once you have recorded your comments, the film will be pinged back to ICE’s digital media team for moderation before being uploaded at this website.
